Pluto Developments was founded by two British entrepreneurs after a business trip to Montenegro in 2004. Chris Philp (the Confederation of British Industry’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Future’) and property expert Justin Faiz instantly fell in love with the country, and saw its great potential as a holiday destination.

In the knowledge that where tourists begin go, property investors soon follow, they established an office in Montenegro employing local, Russian and British staff.

Pluto Developments has now been constructing award winning residential property, principally on the spectacular Montenegro coastline, since 2005.
